In the 38 states that require one party consent and the 12 states that require two party consent, we provide messaging prior to connecting the call.

The message to the advertiser reads, "You have received a phone lead from LoopNet. This call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purposes."

In the 12 states that require two party consent the prospect receives a message prior to connecting the call that reads, "Please hold while we connect your call. This call may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance purpose."
