Why Does a Listing Say “No Longer Available”?

A listing may show as “No Longer Available” for several reasons: 

  • The property has been leased or sold. 
  • The LoopNet listing has expired and was not renewed. 
  • The advertiser manually removed the listing. If you’re the listing owner, you can update the status in the Marketing Center to reflect current availability.
