Why is my actual phone number not showing on my listing?

Diamond, Platinum and Gold listings receive call tracking numbers that will display as the contact phone number on the listing in place of personal phone numbers. This allows us to track and give more insight into the interest that is being generated on LoopNet, CityFeet and Showcase for your listings.

Each call that originates from your listings will now start with a brief recorded message that you have an incoming call from LoopNet so you know where your leads are coming from and likely what information they already know about your listing.

We do not offer the ability to opt out of the call tracking on your listing. Our tools are intended to give you full transparency and important information about the interest your listing is generating on our platforms. Call tracking is an important part of that.
