How to add and edit an existing listing

  1. Access Marketing Center from within the menu of CoStar.com, LoopNet.com, or directly at MarketingCenter.costar.com
  2. Click Add a Listing
  3. Select if you are adding a ‘For Sale’ or ‘For Lease’ listing and the select the type of listing you would like to list
  4. Search the location of the property by address or use the map to locate the property.
    1. If you cannot locate the property, click Create New Property. Complete the required fields and click Continue
  5. Once the property has been selected, you will be directed to the listing editor to complete all the listing details.

    Click Submit to publish the listing.



To edit an existing listing:

  1. Access Marketing Center from within the menu of CoStar.com, LoopNet.com, or directly at MarketingCenter.costar.com
  2. From the My Listings tab, click on Edit Listing for the listing you would like to edit
  3. In the first section of your listing detail, click on the drop down under ‘Status’ to update the listing status to ‘Active’, ‘Escrow’, ‘Under Contract’, or ‘Sold

    Complete the series of fields required

  4. Click Save


To change a sale listing status:

1. Log in to your account on CoStar.com, LoopNet.com, or ListingManager.costar.com

2. In the menu on the left corner select Marketing Center

3. From the My Listings tab, click on Edit Listing for the listing you would like to edit

4. In the first section of your listing detail, click on the drop down under Status

5. Choose your listing status: select either Active, Escrow, Under Contract, or Sold

6. Complete the series of fields required

7. Click Save


How to change an available space status:

  1. Access Marketing Center from within the menu of CoStar.com, LoopNet.com, or directly at MarketingCenter.costar.com
  2. From the My Listings tab, click on Edit Listing for the listing you would like to edit
  3. Click on Remove for the space you would like to update
  4. Choose the applicable status: Leased or Withdrawn
  5. Click Done
