How do I change a specific listing from Standard or Premium to Gold, Diamond, or Platinum with the Company Listing Plan?

For each broker on the Company Listing Plan, you can determine which of the specific listings are Gold, Diamond, or Platinum and which ones are Standard or Premium.

1. Log in to your LoopNet account

• 2. On the left side of the My LoopNet page, click Company Listing Plan

  3. Click Assign Diamonds, Assign Platinums, or Assign Golds depending on the upgrade you purchased. This will

  take you to the page where you can assign Diamond, Platinum, or Gold listings

  4. Select the listing you want to upgrade and click the Diamond, Platinum, or Gold option

  5. Click Save Changes to save
