How do I set up my BillTrust account?
- Go to https://secure.billtrust.com/costar/ig/signin and click Sign Up Now
- From here, fill out the required information, select your security questions, and agree to the Subscriber agreement.
Adding Payment Accounts
Select Settings
Select Payment Settings
- If updating the expiration date, name, or billing address of an existing card, click edit next to the payment account you would like to update on the Payment Accounts subsection. For a new card, click Add Credit Card.
Input the credit card information. Be sure to choose a unique, recognizable name for the Friendly Name and select a group in the box at the bottom( default group is fine) and click Save.
